Walker Minimum Down Time Plan
We know that you need your Walker. Mowing with any other mower is punishment and reason enough to have some insurance. So to avoid undo stress and hardship on you, our loyal customer, we've developed a plan to help you minimize your downtime.

Equipment Eligibility
  • Walker Tractor and Mower must be serviced with Walker Mower Yearly Checkup at Start of Plan and repaired to Jerry's Small Engine Supply Co. Recommendations.
  • Walker Tractor and Mower must be in service less then 3 Years for Commercial Use and 5 Yrs for Home Use.
Plan Benefits
Plan runs for a period of one year in commercial use and two years in home use. If your mower breaks down and brought in for service and Jerry’s is unable to get working again within 4 Hrs for commercial use or 24 Hrs for home use. We will give you a loaner to use until the machine is ready.  When repairs are complete you will be notified for pickup, you will then have 24 hrs from that time to return the loaner.  If in the event the loaner machine is not returned in this time frame you will be charged for use from time picked up until return at rental rates.

This plan in no way covers additional repairs and pickup/delivery charges.  Customer must bring machine in for repair or pay for pickup/delivery as they would for normal repair service.

Are You A Commericial Or Home User?
We define a commercial user and home user as follows:
  • Home User - The equipment is owned by a individual and used to care for personal residence.
  • Commercial Use - Equipment is owned or operated by a business and may or may not be used to earn income.
