Q. My Screen Does Not Display Things Correctly?
These pages were optimized for viewing using MS Internet Explorer. For
maximum viewing and functionality we recommend you upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer. If you
haven't already done so, you can download it from here.
Q. I'm A Tax-Exempt Organization. How Can I Make A Tax-Exempt Purchase?
A. Currently our checkout system is not setup to handle Tax Excemption status because
we have no way to verify your status. If you are a tax-exempt organization, please place
your order online. When you receive confirmation from us that we have received your email,
email us back with the necessary Tax-Excemption information. We will charge you accordingly.
Q. How Do I Search For A Product?
A. We have an advanced search system setup that allows you to search on a variety of
properties. You can get there my entering your search information into the box at the left,
or click on Search in the main toolbar located at the top of the screen.
Q. How Can I View That Status Of My Order?
NOTE If your search does not match
when searching for particular product numbers or items, try searching for product
number without spaces or dashes.
A. After you've created an account with us, you can use My Account to
change your account information, including your password, as well as view a history
of all your past orders with us. To get there, logon with My Account at the left

Q. Can I return my item?
A. You may return items that are in a resalable condition with the exception of
electrical and special orders parts which may only be returned if the item is defective.
All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and any shipping fees will not
be reimbursed.  Items not in a resalable condition will be returned to you.
