I'm sorry, but I seem to have misplaced my password. How can I get it back?
If you are still using the same email that you originally used to sign up with us,
we can email your password directly to that account. If that email account is no longer
active, we apologize, but in order to protect your identity, you will need to either sign
up for a new account, or contact us to have your password manually reset.

How many characters does my password have to be?
Passwords need to be at least 6 characters in length. In order
to ensure your password is not easily guessed, we recommend you have
a password of at least 12 characters comprised of letters, numbers and
punctuation marks.

Is my password case-sensitive?
Passwords are case sensitive. That means that the password of
MyPassword! does not match mypassword!. Make sure
that your CAPS LOCK key is not accidentally turned on.
